🛡️ I. Driver Obligations & Guidelines (Safety and Professionalism)
- Legal Compliance: Full adherence to all national laws and regulations, and strict compliance with traffic rules to avoid violations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly check tire safety and engine efficiency, and inspect safety equipment (fire extinguisher, warning triangle, and first aid kit).
- Safe Driving: Always wear a seatbelt, do not exceed a speed of 120 km/h (75 mph), and exercise extreme caution during fog, rain, snow, or dust storms.
- Full Focus: Using a mobile phone while driving is strictly prohibited to ensure passenger safety.
- Quality of Service (Door-to-Door): Commitment to reaching each passenger’s location and providing transport from the pickup point to the specified destination accurately.
- Pricing Policy: Avoid price conflicts and commit to providing the best possible service to our valued customers.
- Social Responsibility: It is recommended to offer optional discounts to the families of martyrs and those in need; this will improve your rating and grant you extra features in the app.
- Trip Security: Stay alert on the road and avoid stopping for suspicious objects or unknown persons to avoid traps set by criminals.
- Legal Awareness: Remind passengers that their luggage must not contain any legally prohibited items to avoid accountability at security or border checkpoints.
📱 II. “World Guide” System Usage Instructions
- Post Management: Once the required number of passengers is reached and the trip starts, the post must be deleted immediately to allow the next driver to receive bookings.
- Messaging Management: Please clear and delete unnecessary messages periodically to ensure the in-app messaging system continues to function efficiently.
- International Travel Procedures: Ensure all official approvals, visas, and travel documents for passengers are valid before heading to the border.
- Luggage and Pet Policies: Prior coordination between the driver and passenger regarding weight limits, number of bags, and pet allowance.
- Identity Verification (Security): Passengers and drivers must verify that vehicle details and the driver’s photo match the post before starting the trip; passengers must show official ID upon request, especially for international trips.
- Privacy and Safety: Taking photos of passengers or recording and publishing messages outside the app is prohibited. Respect privacy and avoid personal, political, or religious topics.
- Cancellation Policy: If either party must cancel, the other party must be notified via the messaging system well in advance (e.g., 10 hours for domestic trips and 20 hours for international trips).
- Advance Booking: For the international taxi system, booking must be made 24-48 hours before the trip date to ensure proper arrangements.

- Lost Items: If you forget any personal belongings, stay calm; you can contact the driver directly via the World Guide messaging system to retrieve them easily.
