This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you ( User – or – you ) and world guide ( Company – we – us ) This agreement governs your use of the -world guide- website and application including all services features and content available through them ( collectively the Service )

world guide grants you a limited non-exclusive non-transferable license to use the Service for your legitimate personal and commercial purposes subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Your Content: You are responsible for all Content you post, upload or submit via the Service. You grant world guide a worldwide non-exclusive royalty-free sublicensable license to use copy modify publish distribute and display Your Content in connection with the provision of the Service.

The World Directory does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted that defects will be corrected or that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability

9. Amendments to the Agreement

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country, including the 228 countries listed in the World Directory Services. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled exclusively in the courts of that country.
11. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable that provision will be construed in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and world guide regarding your use of the Service and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
12. Warning
It is strictly forbidden to attack any government in any country in the world, or to defame, slander, or participate in that – we will ban the user and file lawsuits against him in the country in which he is located.
It is strictly forbidden to promote the sale of drugs or human organs or to participate in or contribute to this. Otherwise, we will file a lawsuit against this person in the country in which he is located and ban him from the world guide.
It is strictly prohibited to abuse, bully, or defame any person or animal through offensive photos, videos, or comments. Otherwise, you will be banned for one year.
It is strictly forbidden to promote any terrorist act or call for the downfall of a specific person. Otherwise a lawsuit will be filed against him in his country, a post about what he did will be published in the world guide and he will be permanently banned from using the world guide.
