By using any part of the “World Guide” platform (website, application, messaging system, online stores, or electronic cards), you acknowledge your full and unconditional agreement to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree, please cease using the platform immediately.
1. Legal Nature of the Platform
World Guide operates as an intermediary (Aggregator) and technical platform to facilitate connection between users and service providers across 221 countries. The platform does not directly provide the listed services and does not intervene in the details of the contractual relationship between parties, except within the limits of the provided mediation tools.
2. Third-Party Services and Commercial Transactions
* Independence: All listed service providers (individuals and companies) are independent parties. The platform does not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of any service provided, and your interaction with them is at your own personal risk.
* Online Stores: World Guide is not responsible for the quality of purchased products or shipping and delivery processes. Commercial disputes must be resolved directly with the store owner.
* Firm Policy & Transparency: In the event of a dispute, the platform will make every effort to mediate. If a case of fraud or intentional negligence by a service provider is proven, World Guide reserves the full right to:
1. Terminate the provider’s membership and ban them permanently.
2. List their data in the public “Fraudsters and Deceivers” page to ensure the protection of the rest of the community.
3. Encrypted Messaging Security and Privacy
The platform provides an End-to-End Encryption messaging system to ensure the highest levels of privacy; however:
* User Responsibility: Protection of the account (password, access codes) is the sole responsibility of the user.
* Security Guarantee: The platform technically guarantees data protection 100% against external breaches, provided the user adheres to:
* Not sharing login data with any party.
* Not using untrusted or public devices.
* Not interacting with suspicious or unknown links.
* Misuse: The platform bears no responsibility for the content of exchanged messages or any harassment or misuse of the communication system by third parties.
4. Data Accuracy and Verified Cards
* General Content: The platform strives to update data but does not guarantee the accuracy of information entered automatically by users.
* Special Guarantee: World Guide only guarantees the validity and reliability of information contained in “Verified Cards”. These are cards that have been physically verified, and their owners have provided visual evidence (video) and official documents examined by our team.
5. Limitation of Legal Liability
World Guide, its management, or its employees bear no legal or financial responsibility for any direct or indirect losses (material or moral) resulting from the use of the platform, service interruption due to technical reasons, or the individual actions of service providers.
6. Modifications and Updates
World Guide reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time to keep pace with legal and technical changes. Your continued use of the platform constitutes implicit consent to the new modifications.
