End User License Agreement (EULA) for World Guide Website and Application
This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and World Guide Company (referred to as the “Company” or “we”). This Agreement governs your use of the World Guide website and application, including all services, features, and content available (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service immediately.
1. Introduction
World Guide platform is a comprehensive platform offering more than 260 services in 221 countries, aiming to facilitate secure communication between service providers (factories, hotels, transport, shipping, contracting, cleaning, and others) and customers. It also includes e-commerce, publishing tools, and social media features, supported by a technical human network in several countries.
2. License
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service for your legitimate personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
* Account Creation: You must provide accurate information and update it constantly. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login data.
* Paid Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are available for additional features; payments are non-refundable.
* Trial Period: We may provide a trial period with limited features, after which a paid subscription is required to continue use.
* Rewards System: We provide a points system to support unemployment reduction and encourage employment, and we reserve the right to modify its terms at any time.
4. User Conduct and Government Warning
It is prohibited to use the Service for any illegal purpose, including publishing harmful, threatening, defamatory content, or impersonating others.
* Important Warning: It is strictly forbidden to violate any government laws in any country. You are solely responsible for complying with local and international laws.
5. Content
* Your Content: You are responsible for what you post, and you grant us a worldwide license to use, modify, and publish your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
* Company Content: All intellectual property rights of the site (texts, images, logos) are owned by World Guide.
6. Disclaimer and Limitations
The Service is provided “as is,” and the Company does not guarantee that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Furthermore, the Company does not assume responsibility for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Service or the conduct of third parties.
7. Indemnification and Legal Prosecution
You agree to indemnify World Guide for any losses resulting from your violation of the Agreement. The Company will legally prosecute any party that violates its intellectual property rights or innovations in any country in the world and claim material and moral damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the 221 countries listed in our services, and disputes shall be settled in the courts of those countries.
9. Strict Security and Social Warnings
* Attacking Governments: It is strictly prohibited to attack any government or defame it. The user will be blocked and prosecuted in their country.
* Prohibited Materials: Promoting drugs or human organ trafficking is prohibited; an immediate lawsuit will be filed and the offender blocked.
* Bullying and Abuse: Bullying or abusing humans or animals is prohibited; the penalty is a one-year ban.
* Terrorism and Incitement: Promoting terrorist acts or inciting the overthrow of individuals is prohibited. The offender’s act will be exposed, and they will be permanently blocked and legally prosecuted.

Pricing Instructions and Policy (Legal Disclaimer)
1. Nature of the Service:
The “World Guide” application is a technological advertising platform that acts as a digital intermediary to connect service providers (drivers, professionals, companies) with users. The application does not practice the profession of transportation and does not own a fleet of vehicles.
2. Pricing Independence:
* All prices displayed in the application (including local, external, and international taxi prices) are “indicative prices” suggested to achieve fairness between the two parties.
* The user (passenger) and the service provider (driver) acknowledge that the final agreement on the price is made directly between them and by their free will.
* The application does not impose any commission (Percentage) on the value of the trip or service, and the service provider’s subscription is in exchange for the “right of appearance and advertising” only.
3. “share taxi” and Sharing System:
The fare-sharing system (share taxi) is a collaborative initiative to provide costs. The application only provides the technology to organize available seats and is not responsible for collecting or guaranteeing payment; financial transactions are conducted manually and directly between the passengers and the driver.
4. Responsibility of the Parties:
* The Driver: Responsible for adhering to the prices announced in their personal profile and for possessing all legal licenses required by the competent authorities in their country.
* The User: Responsible for verifying the price before starting the trip.
* The Application: Disclaims legal responsibility for any financial or operational dispute occurring between the two parties, and its role ends upon the completion of the technical connection (Booking).
5. Transparency and Credibility:
Service providers are prohibited from manipulating prices or setting fake prices. In the event that a driver is proven to have violated the prices agreed upon with the passengers, the application management has the right to block their account to maintain the integrity of the guide.
Disclaimer Clause for Pricing and Operational Services
* Legal Status: “World Guide” is a digital platform for advertising and technical connection only. We do not practice transportation business, do not own vehicles, and are not considered a “transportation company” under local or international laws.
* Pricing Independence: All prices and estimates contained in the application are “indicative values” aimed at facilitating negotiation between the parties. The final decision on the price and acceptance of the service rests entirely with the driver and the passenger without any interference or responsibility from the application.
* Sharing System (share taxi): The seat booking service is classified as a collaborative “Ride-sharing” activity. The application only provides the technical tool to manage available seats and does not charge any commission for these trips.
* Denial of Commission: The application receives an “annual technical subscription” fee in exchange for publishing and appearance services, and does not share in the service provider’s profits or trip revenues in any way.
* Legal Responsibility: The service provider (driver) acknowledges that they are solely responsible for obtaining all legal licenses and permits to practice their profession in accordance with the laws of their country.
